About the Role Wireless World’s Wireless Retail Sales Associates provide effective and creative solutions to our retail customers in person and over the phone. They are in charge of acquiring and retaining customers, providing excellent service, and helping to grow the business. Job Description Our wireless retail sales representatives enjoy uncapped commission on top of hourly base pay. We offer a wide range of products and services from the wireless side of Verizon to the residential side, including cell phones, FiOS, and more. Responsibilities Stay current on technology Find solutions to customers’ problems Achieve monthly sales goals Compete for sales rank Work as a team Build rapport with consumer and business clientele Preferred Qualifications An outgoing, friendly personality Strong organizational skills Self-motivation, drive, and ambition Exceptional problem‑solving skills A professional demeanor at all times Associate’s degree, vocational degree, or professional diploma/certification preferred Required Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D.
