Electrical Foreman
Location: Midland, TX
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join a growing electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of large-scale projects in the Midland, TX area . Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews of 5 or more electricians and apprentices.
- Coordinate daily field activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Plan work assignments, manage manpower, and coordinate material and equipment needs.
- Maintain quality control while ensuring compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
- Mentor and develop field personnel while promoting a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Experience leading crews on large-scale multifamily residential and/or commercial construction projects .
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5+ electricians.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred (training can be provided if not currently certified).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

- Competitive salary: $90,000–$110,000 , based on experience.
