NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seeking a customer-focused Client Services Specialist to join a growing Commercial Operations team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to commercial banking clients by providing support for cash management, ACH, and commercial card products. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Location: Riverside, RI (Potential to work from Johnston, RI after training)
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (Hours may vary based on business needs)
Job Overview
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve complex service issues, identify process improvements, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Cash Management, ACH, and Commercial Card clients via phone, chat, and email.
- Research client inquiries and educate customers on available products and services.
- Assist internal and external customers with commercial banking products, services, and technical issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical, system, or procedural issues as needed.
- Collaborate with operational support teams to investigate and resolve client concerns while helping prevent future issues.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring service challenges and recommend process improvements.
- Support implementation of operational improvements that enhance service levels and client satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate potential service risks or operational concerns to management.
- Consistently meet departmental quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service and call center experience.
- Banking or financial services experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Proficient with computer systems and technology.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve performance goals.
- Ability to identify trends and exercise sound judgment when resolving customer issues.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
