Comprehensive knowledge of at least three core HR disciplines: pay, benefits, workforce, organization development, employee relations, labor relations, EEO, or succession planning. Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time. Excellent verbal and written communication, insightful analytical, strong executive presence, adaptability, and ability to work effectively across functional lines and at all levels. Strong presentation skills, effective problem‑solving ability, and autonomy with minimal oversight. Ability to think strategically, lead and influence direction, develop and maintain productive relationships. Ability to adjust priorities, work under pressure with complex issues and time‑bound deliverables.
