Mortgage Regional Manager, Retail Division

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding its operations in the Carolinas and is seeking a Regional Manager of Retail Mortgage Lending to lead and accelerate this growth.

What we’re looking for in a leader

Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination , including management roles.

Extensive experience developing, managing, and maintaining a network of referral partners .

Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations , as well as PRMI policies.

Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel .

Strong knowledge of quality control and compliance standards .

Ability to effectively and professionally handle complex situations when working with branches and divisional leadership .

Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills , both verbal and written.

A leadership mindset driven by sales achievement, team development, training, and market expansion .

Familiarity with accounting terminology and procedures (e.g., debits, credits, general ledger).
