As part of our YouTube Ads GTM team focused on Content, Creators, and Creative - we enable brands differentiated access to the best content and cultural moments, defined by platform-native creative excellence and brought to life by the world's most trusted creators. By helping brands master the language of YouTube, we deliver sustainable outcomes for our clients, our creators, and our viewers. You will serve as a strategic partner reporting directly to the pillar lead to drive unmatched operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Unify disparate data streams across Premium, Content, Creator, and Creative pillars to deliver centralized business insights, working across Ads and YouTube PM, Regional GTM, Sales Specialists, and YouTube Ads GTM.
• Transform complex business data into actionable strategies that directly galvanize our product and commercialization roadmaps.
• Design standardized operational procedures and leverage AI and advanced tooling to automate procedural tasks and weekly updates, maximizing collective team productivity.
• Collaborate as a strategic partner on critical, executive-facing cross-functional workstreams, translating complex visions into high-impact slides and narratives.
• Partner directly with the pillar lead to navigate complex business needs, scale team efficiencies, and streamline cross-functional communication.
• Serve as a vital culture carrier by leading initiatives that improve data-sharing, team well-being, and general enthusiasm for our roles in alignment with Google values.
