Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients in a high-volume, acute care environment
• Monitor and manage care for premature infants as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate with a team of physicians to deliver safe, patient-centered obstetric care
• Apply Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) protocols and skills in clinical practice
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification required
• Active driver's license required at time of submission
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• RNC (Registered Nurse Certified) certification in a relevant specialty preferred
• Experience working in a Trauma Level II facility
• Prior experience with premature infant care and high-acuity Labor and Delivery settings
