Patient Finance Navigator & Eligibility Advocate
Advocate Health Care
Advocate Health Care is seeking a Financial Advocate to help patients understand and manage financial responsibilities before services. You will explain deductibles, coinsurance, and copays, assess eligibility for assistance programs, and coordinate with Medicaid and charity programs in a HIPAA-compliant manner. You will interview patients, determine payment options, process applications, and work with hospital staff to secure funding while guiding documentation and timelines for payment and #J-18808-Ljbffr Advocate Health Care
