We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business functions across office administration, accounting (AP/AR), order entry, marketing support, and warehouse coordination. This is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.Office AdministrationMaintain daily office operations, supplies, and organizationServe as a point of contact for internal staff and external vendorsAssist with scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasksAccounting Support (AP/AR)Process accounts payable and receivable transactionsAssist with invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliationsSupport month-end close activities and maintain accurate recordsUtilize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for financial transactions and reportingOrder Entry & Customer SupportEnter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently within Business CentralCoordinate with customers and internal teams on order status and updatesResolve order discrepancies and ensure timely fulfillmentMarketing SupportAssist with basic marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media updates, and content coordinationHelp maintain marketing materials and customer communicationsWarehouse & Operations SupportCollaborate with warehouse staff to support shipping, receiving, and inventory processesAssist with light warehouse tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiencyHelp coordinate logistics and order fulfillment using Business CentralQualifications:2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support roleExposure to AP/AR or basic accounting functions preferredExperience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central strongly preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to take initiative and support multiple areas of the businessAbility to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
