Cash Management Specialist

Responsibilities Provides technical and customer support for cash management products and services, including account setup, documentation, issue resolution, and compliance monitoring. Collaborates with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations. Supports commercial account analysis and stays current with product enhancements. Senior‑level specialists also mentor team members, assist in training, and conduct audits. Performs customer setups; prepares contracts and maintains customer files. Resolves problems within given authority. Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence and participates in special department projects. Adheres to policies and procedures for Cash Management. Participates in discussions with prospects, customers, and sales teams to demonstrate product functionality. Responds directly to questions from customers, branches, partner business units, and sales teams. Responsible for commercial account analysis. Monitors product vendor communications on enhancements, scheduled maintenance, added features and functionality. Responsible for periodic review and/or creation of assigned departmental procedures to ensure continued accuracy. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Ability to interpret and comprehend procedures, instructions, bank policies, and understand all regulatory compliance associated with the position. Ability to calculate figures such as interest calculations and fee income/loss, as well as analyze transaction processing using internal reports. Strong knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office products. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree. Five plus years of banking experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
