Location: Orlando, FL Pay Range: $16.50/hr to $19.88/hr (Based on experience and qualifications)

LMG is hiring a QC Tech LED to help prepare, test, and manage LED inventory used at global conventions, tours, broadcasts, and corporate events. Whether you are loading gear, inspecting panels, or staging orders for shipment, you will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge LED experiences that leave a lasting impact.

What You'll Be Doing

As a QC Tech LED, you will ensure our LED inventory is show-ready and meets industry-leading standards.

• Equipment Check-In and Check-Out Handle inbound and outbound LED gear Verify counts, condition, and proper documentation
• Visual Inspection and Maintenance Examine equipment for damage or cleaning needs Perform minor cosmetic repairs including cleaning and label replacement
• System Builds and Testing Assist in building system racks based on show orders and specifications Replicate show conditions by setting up and testing LED components prior to shipment
• Order Fulfillment and Documentation Review show orders to ensure completeness Locate missing components and clearly document findings Maintain accurate records within inventory systems
• Inventory Organization Maintain a clean, coded warehouse system for LED equipment Assist with layout improvements and storage optimization
• Logistics Support Support truck loading activities Ensure safe and balanced transport of equipment

What We're Looking For

Interest or experience in LED technology and audiovisual equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation and performance Ability to work on your feet in a warehouse environment Comfort using basic tools and performing light repairs Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

• 1 year: Forklift Experience
• 1 year: Motorized or Non-Motorized Materials Handling Equipment
