Real Estate Team Operations Manager - Part-Time

The right person brings a can-do, upbeat attitude, communicates professionally, and knows when it is time to focus, get to work, and handle the details. This person is comfortable working independently in the Skippack office while remaining closely connected to a virtual Operations Team. They are proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn. Interest in residential real estate is important; prior transaction management, administrative, client service, or office coordination experience is a plus. Pennsylvania notary public status—or a willingness and ability to become a notary shortly after hire (even if paid for by the company)—is required. A Pennsylvania real estate license is welcome but not required.
