Machine Attendant Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 16.00 to $ 16.75 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 10:30pm) Read and interpret blueprints to ensure products and materials meet required specifications Safely operate production equipment and forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods Inspect and make basic accept/reject decisions on materials and finished products based on quality standards Perform routine problem-solving to maintain production flow and determine appropriate operating speeds and priorities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while using basic hand tools (wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, etc.) and collaborating with team members Machine Attendant Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Mechanically inclined with strong interest or experience in manufacturing or production environments Ability to use basic gauging and measuring equipment to verify product quality and specifications Forklift experience preferred but not required (willingness to learn and obtain certification if needed) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
