Mental Health Therapist

Job Title: Adolescence Mental Health Primary Therapist Compensation Range: $33.65 - $41.83 per hour (Dependent on Licensure / Experience) About the Job As a Primary Therapist at Sandstone Care, you will play a vital role in our mission. You will: Provide high‑quality and empathetic therapy to individuals and groups, addressing the root causes of adolescent clients' substance use and mental health diagnoses. Facilitate engaging and effective 3‑hour clinical groups three times a week, covering topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention, and life skills. Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care and achieves their recovery goals. Qualifications Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree in a Behavioral Health Science (clinical social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field). Training & Experience: Licensed clinician in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Provisional license is also considered. Experience treating mental health conditions.
