What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like Assist project teams in establishing jobsite‑specific safety programs Coach workforce on proper safety procedures and processes Provide safety solutions to technical safety challenges in the field Perform jobsite audits and incident investigations Conduct training sessions Network with local safety groups and associations What We’re Looking For OSHA 30‑hour construction certification required A degree in safety management, occupational health and safety, or a related field is preferred 2+ years of experience in a dedicated safety role or 5+ years of experience in the construction industry Effective communication and interpersonal skills Practical experience in employee safety training Technical working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations Excellent organizational and planning skills Working knowledge of MS Office suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as industry related programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
