This is a true inbound customer service role. You will support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small‑business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance. Responsibilities Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on one‑call resolution. Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications. Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification. Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner. Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and follow‑ups. Contribute to a team‑focused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Qualifications Customer service or call center experience (property & casualty experience preferred). Active Property & Casualty license required (must be general or commercial lines – cannot be personal lines). Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems.
