Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner

3 - 4 day shifts per week

12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

No call

Assignment duration: approximately 6 months

Practice Details

Specialty: Trauma / Acute Care Surgery

Setting: inpatient and outpatient (251-bed facility)

Average 18 patients per day

Responsibilities include trauma response, rounding/admissions (including ICU), surgical assist, and post-discharge clinic support

EMR: Epic (proficient user required)

Requirements

BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross

ATLS required

Documentation of clinical activity representative of requested privileges within the previous 24 months (may be waived for applicants who completed training within the past year)

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
