Policy and Procedure Analyst

To enhance policy governance and documentation standards, the part-time remote Policy and Procedure Analyst will lead the development and maintenance of servicing policies and procedures while assessing regulatory impacts and facilitating cross-functional discussions. Key responsibilities Lead the development, review, and maintenance of servicing policies, procedures, and process documentation across mortgage servicing functions Assess documentation and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for strengthening governance and execution Prepare executive-level reporting on documentation readiness and governance adherence while providing guidance to less experienced contributors Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, operations, compliance, or policy/procedure development Experience supporting regulated financial services processes, including documentation governance and procedure management Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document repository tools such as PolicyTech or SharePoint Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation Virtual Vocations Inc
