Home Health Aide Responsibilities Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care needs Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and vacuuming Provide medication reminders as directed by the nurse and plan of care Reinforce self-care skills identified in the patient’s plan of care Observe and promptly report changes in the patient’s condition Provide dependable, respectful, person-centered care Complete required visit documentation accurately and on time Home Health Aide Qualifications Current STNA, CNA, or qualifying home health aide certification Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Reliable transportation Ability to lift at least 25 pounds Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays One year of home care experience preferred Strong communication and patient-service skills Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre‑employment screenings Home Health Aide Full-Time Benefits Health insurance Dental and vision coverage Paid time off 401(k) with employer matching Home Health Aide Compensation $14.50–$16.00 per hour , based on qualifications and certifications Paid travel time between patient visits Mileage reimbursement when using your personal vehicle for work-related travel Eligible for a $0.50-per-hour increase following the 60-day evaluation and completion of all required training Join a team that values compassion, dependability, and quality care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Arista-Home-Care-Solutions-
