Full Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Brownsville, TX Location: Independent School District Start Date: August 26, 2025 Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 7:0AM - 3:30 PM Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA Provide direct one-on-one and classroom-based therapy Support students in engaging appropriately and participating in classroom activities Collect, track, and maintain accurate data on student progress Communicate effectively with teachers, BCBAs, and team members regarding progress and treatment plans Maintain timely and detailed documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred) Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a school or educational setting Ability to follow direction and implement behavior intervention plans effectively Experience with crisis behavior management (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
