The RN provides direct patient care within the scope of practice, directs and guides patient and family teaching, and manages activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in Med/Surg/Telemetry units. The RN is accountable for care given to assigned patients, communicates with physicians regarding clinical changes, cardiac monitoring, and diagnostic results, and responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response. Qualifications Current and valid state RN license. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintenance. Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintenance. Foundation in arrhythmia interpretation within 30 days of hire. Previous acute care hospital experience preferred. Ventilator management experience preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Pay Transparency Estimated starting compensation for this role is $44.00 to $62.49 per hour. The exact amount will be determined at hiring based on skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
