Business Analyst II

Responsibilities Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing Acts as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues Assists in maintaining operational reports and documentation Applies tools and processes consistently across assigned tasks Collaborates with team members to support quality and operational goals Develops skills in analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement processes Requirements BA/BS degree Minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations preferred Experience with SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, and aggregations for data analysis Experience with Power BI (PBI), including dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling Strong background in reporting and analytics, with the ability to build operational and executive-level reports Solid understanding of relational database concepts Proven ability to bridge business stakeholders and analytics/reporting teams, translating requirements into actionable insights Certifications & Qualifications BA BS #J-18808-Ljbffr
