Are you Booster's Next Program Leader? As a Program Leader, you're in charge of leading our Booster programs on school campuses. You'll lead a team with excellence, help schools reach their fundraising goals, and positively impact students. This is a full-time position and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants meaningful, hands-on experience. How You'll Impact Booster's Mission: Program Leadership - You are responsible for all day-to-day program operations, communications, and details to ensure a remarkable experience. Event Management - You lead high-energy experiences, oversee team delegation, think through event details, safety, and coordinate all logistics. Team Leadership - You lead your team on campus to help create remarkable experiences for schools through delegation, feedback, clear instruction, and celebration. Student Engagement - You creatively use resources and daily interactions to engage, motivate, and create fun experiences for students. Client Care - You build trust with our clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care. What You'll Bring to the Table: Excellent Communication - You can connect professionally with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication. Positive Attitude - You display optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with clients and the team. Growth Mindset - You demonstrate a continual desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally. Good Judgment - You have a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Outcome-oriented - You are a hard worker who gets things done in a timely and efficient manner. Enthusiastic - You connect enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff. Additional Requirements: You’re a licensed driver with reliable transportation. You can pass Booster's Background and Motor Vehicle check. You’re able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day. Full-day availability (7:00 am-4:00 pm) on scheduled workdays. Our Work Environment Includes: Exciting and Engaging Culture: Team events, award ceremonies, epic celebration trips, free lunches, dinners, and more. Tech: Macbook and $50 per month cell phone allowance. Music Subscription: $12 per month for Spotify subscription. Insurance Benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental, plus potential moving/recruiting bonuses. Paid Time Off: 10 days. All major holidays and a 2-week December break.
