OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Bowling Green, KY by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Operate nationwide dry-van freight with HMD Trucking out of the Bowling Green area. Drivers run OTR lanes in late-model rigs (under three years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers, targeting consistent miles and reliable freight.

Daily responsibilities:

• Operate a CDL-A tractor safely across long-haul routes.
• Ensure cargo is secured, complete ELD and delivery paperwork, and follow DOT rules.
• Report equipment issues to in-house maintenance and maintain communication with dispatch.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable experience.
• Professional attitude and focus on safety.
