Responsibilities Evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans: Create individualized plans for patients with orthopedic issues and those experiencing generalized weakness or balance problems. Provide hands‑on therapy: Deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions using a variety of techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises. Document patient progress: Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Collaborate with healthcare providers: Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes. Work with a multidisciplinary team: Join a large team of experienced Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs). Educate patients and families: Provide education on conditions, rehabilitation, and the importance of ongoing self‑care. Maintain a safe environment: Ensure a supportive and safe environment for both patients and staff. Engage in professional development: Participate in workshops, conferences, and team meetings to stay current with best practices and continue your professional growth. Pursue continuing education: Show interest in continuing education to develop specialty programs and contribute to program development.
