Responsibilities: Provide direct in-home care and assistance to clients during 12-hour shifts Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing Support clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for the client Requirements: Prior experience as a caregiver, HHA, CNA, or personal care aide preferred Ability to work a 12-hour shift with immediate availability Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor Valid ID and ability to pass a background check Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans CPR/First Aid certification a plus About Us: ComForCare Home Care - Contra Costa West is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives in the comfort of their own homes.
