**THIS POSITION DOES NOT HAVE ANY EXPECTATION OF A SET SCHEDULE OR GUARANTEE OF HOURS.  SHIFTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE GROUP OF FLEX FRONT DESK AGENTS ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS AND CAN BE ACCEPTED AS YOUR AVAILABILITY ALLOWS.**

The pay rate for this position is $17.00 per hour.

Here are just a few responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

• You will ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests.
• Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring efficient delivery to residents.
• Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits.
• Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
• Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the residents.

All employees must be authorized to work in the United States. Re-hire eligibility for former employees is determined by past employment performance and/or status.

At the time of this ad, the compensation offered is $21-$22 per hour.  That reflects the rate offered for this position in the past.
