This is a great position for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to spend their entire day behind a desk. Assist doctors and technicians with medical, surgical, and dental procedures Safely restrain and handle patients for examinations and procedures Monitor hospitalized and post-anesthetic patients and report concerns Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and surgical suites Assist with radiology, dentistry, anesthesia, and patient care Take heart and respiratory rates and perform other tasks appropriate to your training Walk, clean, comfort, and care for hospitalized patients Help keep the hospital clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next patient Provide clerical and medical-record support as needed

The role will vary from day to day, so flexibility, initiative, teamwork, and a willingness to jump in wherever you're needed are essential.

Comfort around animals and a genuine enjoyment of caring for them A friendly and compassionate approach with clients and coworkers An interest in veterinary medicine and eagerness to learn The ability to multitask and stay productive in a busy environment A team-player mindset and willingness to help wherever needed Strong organization, dependability, and attention to detail A calm and empathetic approach, especially when clients or patients are having a difficult day A willingness to learn veterinary terminology and communicate professionally with both clients and the medical team

We believe the front desk and medical team are one team working toward the same goal: providing high-quality, compassionate care to pets and their families.
