Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the successful delivery of technology solutions that improve organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement discovery sessions.
- Develop business process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation activities.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.
- Perform impact assessments for proposed system enhancements and changes.
- Track requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
