Hospital Clinical Pharmacist - Rounds & Drug Therapy Leader

Care New England Health System seeks a Clinically Skilled Staff Pharmacist to ensure accurate drug distribution for inpatients and outpatients. The role includes evaluating regimens, rounding in clinical areas, interviewing patients, and supporting pharmacy staff. Candidates must graduate from an accredited pharmacy school, complete clinical skills modules 1-8 within one year of hire, hold Rhode Island pharmacist licensure, and CPR/BLS is preferred.
