Operations ManagerOur client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager in Bedford, TX. The Operations Manager will work closely with executive leadership to improve daily operations, strengthen internal communication, streamline processes, and coordinate company-wide initiatives. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, technologically savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Operations Manager ResponsibilitiesSupport executive leadership in managing daily operations, organizational priorities, and strategic initiatives. Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and internal workflows. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve consistency and productivity. Draft and distribute company newsletters, announcements, policies, training materials, reports, and executive communications. Coordinate company-wide projects, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-through. Partner with regional supervisors and property management teams to support operational performance across multiple locations. Monitor operational metrics, including occupancy, collections, maintenance performance, and resident satisfaction. Support employee onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives. Assist with organizing leadership meetings, company events, and employee development programs. Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to improve operational efficiency. Prepare executive presentations, meeting agendas, reports, and organizational updates. Maintain strong communication between corporate leadership and field operations. Participate in property visits, operational reviews, and special projects as needed.Operations Manager Requirements3–7+ years of experience in business operations, project management, property management, business administration, or a related field. Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, professional correspondence and documentation. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience developing SOPs, improving workflows, or implementing operational processes. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and employees at all levels. Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on commitments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable adopting new technologies, including AI-powered productivity tools. Ability to travel periodically to company locations throughout Texas, including occasional overnight travel.Preferred QualificationsExperience in multifamily property management, affordable housing, construction, or related industries. Familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, USDA Rural Development, Section 8, or other affordable housing programs. Experience using property management software such as Yardi Voyager or Yardi Breeze. Experience supporting operational improvements across multiple locations.
