Assist in patient assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow individualized care plans.

Deliver direct nursing care tailored to age-specific physiological needs under supervision.

Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications as prescribed.

Engage in performance improvement initiatives and uphold quality standards.

Support patients' cultural and spiritual practices within medical guidelines.

Contribute to cost containment efforts and ensure accurate billing for services.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a compact state or the relevant regional licensure.

Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Understanding of age-specific physiological and psychosocial patient needs. Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Ability to maintain focus and acuity for patient observation and communication.
