Registered Nurse Med Surg Intermediate Float Pool

Job Description

• Registered Nurse MSI Float
• 36 hours week
• Day Shift
• Rotate Weekends/Holidays
• Benefit Eligible
• Floats to all 4 Metro Hospitals

Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department. Tier 2 will work at four metro hospital entities.

Applicable Experience:
2 years

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

Associate Degree
