Security Operations & Incident Response Analyst
Devitechs
- Monitor organizational networks and systems continuously to detect and respond to potential security threats and vulnerabilities
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis to strengthen system defenses
- Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and procedures aligned with industry standards
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact
- Analyze logs, alerts, and security events using SIEM tools to identify suspicious activities
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure system architecture and design
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO, NIST, and other cybersecurity frameworks
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and disaster recovery strategies
- Perform security audits and recommend improvements to enhance overall system security posture
- Educate employees on security best practices and promote awareness across the organization
- Manage firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security solutions
- Track emerging cyber threats and proactively implement countermeasures
- Maintain detailed documentation of security incidents, procedures, and mitigation steps
- Assist in implementing identity and access management solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen cybersecurity resilience
