Mechanical AssemblerThe Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic circuity to support production schedules.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic circuitry, and more according to directions.Reads blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, and builds to those specifications.Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned task.Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed.Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.Maintain a safe clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.Performs other duties as assigned.Commitments and LocationFulltime role based in Dixon, ILDay Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5pmOvertime may be requiredBenefits Include:Eligible for the Sewer Equipment Productivity Bonus, paid quarterly.
