Hybrid 1 : This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Provider Communication Writer is responsible for providing writing support for the development and implementation of moderately complex provider communication materials.

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

• Supports development of collateral to clarify approval needs when creating final draft documents.

• Reviews content for traditionally printed material (business development, form letters, direct mail, etc.) and/or digital material (website copy, email communications, etc.).

• Responsible for timely and accurate submission to various approval dashboards.

• Ensures all materials meet internal and external business, regulatory and legal standards, and follows appropriate corporate standards, guidelines, and approval processes.

• Identifies improvements/efficiencies that support operational excellence, and supports business initiatives (plain language, standardization, going paperless, etc.).

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Proficiency in writing skills, ability to work in team environment, attention to detail and strong organizational skills; experience in healthcare or managed care strongly preferred.

• Experience writing healthcare B2B communications strongly preferred.

• Familiarity applying style guidelines and ensuring appropriate brand tone and voice strongly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite strongly preferred.

• Proficiency with SharePoint, Grammarly, and Spark or ChatGPT preferred.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $69,432 to $108,882.
