Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support daily customer service operations and help create positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries and support requests.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and procedures.
Maintain professional and positive customer interactions.
Document customer communications and update records accurately.
Help resolve routine concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
Support daily customer service and administrative functions.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills including email and data entry.
Reliable and detail-oriented work ethic.
No prior experience required; training provided.
