Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support daily customer service operations and help create positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and support requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and procedures.
- Maintain professional and positive customer interactions.
- Document customer communications and update records accurately.
- Help resolve routine concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Support daily customer service and administrative functions.
