Overview The registered nurse in the Med Surg department works the night shift (1830-0700) and is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities The RN demonstrates clinical competence and critical thinking, collaborating effectively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and applies basic patient care skills while understanding departmental procedures. Qualifications New RN graduate or in good standing with an active Arkansas license; BSN preferred.
