Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine each client's unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's situation, working primarily within solution-focused frameworks.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all regulatory requirements to ensure the integrity of patient records.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated and effective care.

• Engage in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Educate patients and families about mental health awareness and resources, empowering them to take an active role in treatment.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in psychotherapy, integrating new strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve their goals of recovery and improved overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• At least 3 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, including individual and group therapy.

• Proficient in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and other behavioral health methodologies.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with addiction and substance abuse issues is advantageous.
