No insurance experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. What You'll Do: Welcome and assist new and existing customers with their questions and needs. Build relationships by providing friendly, professional customer service. Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide value. Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email. Schedule appointments for our licensed team members. Help maintain customer accounts and update information. Support marketing and outreach efforts to generate new business. Work with the team to achieve individual and office sales goals. What We're Looking For: A positive attitude and strong desire to learn. Excellent communication and people skills. Comfortable talking with customers over the phone and in person. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Organized with good attention to detail. Basic computer skills. Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.
