Insurance Claims Manager Claims Supervisor Team Leader Leadership Commercial Auto General Liability Automobile Insurance Commercial Claims Personal Bodily Injury Property Damage _ .

Lead and develop team of representatives and specialists in resolution of high exposure & complex claims.

• Monitor work to ensure reserves are adequately set and customer expectations are surpassed.

• Analyze problematic trends and take steps to avoid recurrence, escalate issues as needed.

• Identify process inefficiencies and implement changes to optimize work flow.

• Resolve customer complaints and address complex coverage related queries.

• Collaborate with existing policyholders, business community, and governmental agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

• Promote and achieve business unit objectives in alignment with broader claims functional goals.

• Assist with recruitment, training, and management of junior claims representatives.

• Serve as subject matter expert related to legal liability, general insurance policy coverage, Tort Laws, and similar.
