• Catch issues early and recommend solutions (no pressure selling) 
• Educate homeowners so they trust you—not just the company 
• Keep your truck clean, stocked, and ready 

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3+ years HVAC experience (or strong mechanical background) 
• Willing to learn and improve every day 
• Good with customers (you don’t need to be a salesperson) 
• Clean driving record + reliable
