Retirement Program 401K Matching (3%) A safety‑first, family‑like workplace Paid Holidays (6 Days) and PTO Employer‑paid life and AD&D insurance A diverse internal training program, Jet University, is available to the team Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain a clean work site Install plumbing systems Train apprentices and laborers Maintain a positive workplace Review the materials needed for the job well in advance Review and maintain project productivity Install plumbing systems under the direction of the project Foreman or Supervisor Self‑motivated, reliable, high integrity, and excellent customer service Experience and Requirements: Valid State Journeyman's Plumbing License Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record Experience with large commercial, mixed‑use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects 3 years of experience as a Journeyman is preferred, but not required Ability to read and follow plans and specs Basic proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on‑site effectively.
