Data Analytics (Full time) Intern

Role Description As a Data Analytics Intern, you’ll crunch numbers, uncover insights, and help drive our growth strategies. You’ll work closely with our senior engineers and analytical wizards in a flat, no-hierarchy setup – we skip the busywork and focus on real problem‑solving. This role blends analytical prowess with creativity to optimize user experiences in our entertainment shopping world. Responsibilities Support the team in building dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python to track key performance indicators. Analyze user data from social channels, app interactions, and e‑commerce metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to turn data into actionable insights for campaigns and features. Assist in monitoring user feedback and pain points through review sites like Trustpilot and Sitejabber to enhance our AI‑driven rewards system. Qualifications Current graduate student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or above, preferably in data science, business analytics, or related fields with a strong numerical focus). Available to convert to a full-time role upon completion of the internship. SQL is mandatory. We’re looking for very smart, quick learners who adapt fast. Strong flexibility, great resilience, and ready to grind through challenges in a high‑energy startup. Can‑do attitude with high stress tolerance and willingness to go the extra mile. Familiarity with using AI native IDE e.g. Cursor is strong plus. What You’ll Get Extremely steep climbs: access to any field if you want.
