Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. A Master’s or Doctoral degree accepted.
• Active Alaska Physical Therapist license in good standing is required, or completed FSBPT paperwork permitting work as a Student Physical Therapist while awaiting licensure exam results.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Experience providing inpatient and outpatient physical therapy care preferred.
• Hospital-based experience preferred.
• Ability to provide care across the lifespan and modify plans of care using evidence-based practice.
