Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 5+ years in Cardiac Cath/Interventional Cardiology/EP License: RN License Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS Must-Have: Experience with Structural Heart and TAVR Ability to float to different facilities Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse with expertise in Cath Lab. Candidates should have more than 5 years of experience in Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiology, or Electrophysiology. Candidates should have experience with Structural Heart procedures and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR). The role requires candidates to have a valid RN License and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to float to other facilities as needed. Familiarity with various cardiac procedures is essential. Strong clinical skills in areas such as central line management and cardiac interventions are also required. The position involves working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The nurse will be responsible for patient care in the Cath Lab and potentially assisting in recovery areas. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams are vital for this role. This position may require flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and facility demands.
