About the Role

The In-House Administrator provides administrative support for Elite Documents' day-to-day operations. This role focuses on organizing client files, supporting office workflows, assisting customers, and ensuring documents are processed accurately and efficiently. As the employee becomes familiar with our processes and meets the necessary requirements, there may be opportunities to take on courier responsibilities in the future.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for office administrative operations
• Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing shipments
• Prepare, organize, copy, and maintain client folders and records
• Answer phones and respond to client emails and other communications
• File, organize, and maintain documents, notes, and internal team communications
• Assist with document processing and other administrative tasks as assigned
• Complete special projects independently or as part of a team
• Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail throughout all tasks

• Willingness to learn new software, systems, and processes
• Must become a licensed Notary Public (or obtain a commission within a designated timeframe if not already commissioned)

This may involve delivering and retrieving client documents from the U.S. Department of State, local agencies, courthouses, embassies, and consulates.
