Practice Info Practice medicine autonomously in an ambulatory setting Partnering with primary care Physician-led healthcare leader Nationally recognized for transforming healthcare through clinical innovations, quality improvement, and a commitment to value-based care Delivers an effective system of connected care at practice locations in eastern and central Massachusetts Team-based delivery model where primary and specialty care providers collaborate with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities Responsibilities Performs physical assessments on patients with specialized conditions Develop and implement a plan of care for these patients, as well as prescribe medications, exercises and/or other treatments Collaborates with the clinical and administrative teams in the management of patient care Maintaining continuity of care through the exchange of information with outside health and social agencies Serves as a liaison between primary care providers and specialists such as general surgeons Consults with primary care providers on issues related to patient care Teaches and counsels individuals and groups with regard to specific health care needs Serves as an educator in areas of specialization Compensation The salary range for this role is $250,500 to $440,500 annually based on full-time employment Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Benefits A comprehensive benefits package Incentive xmvmafu and recognition programs Equity stock purchase 401k contribution Requirements Graduate of an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine Unrestricted licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start BC/BE in Neurology or ability to obtain prior to start Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations Current active Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations Preferred: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
