Magazine Picking Lead San Antonio, TX

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, overtime/weekends as needed

Requirements:

• 1 year general warehouse experience
• 1 year magazine tie-line experience
• Proficient in general computer applications, scanning, label printer, invoice printer, editing, data entry, and Quality Control (QC) Station operation.
• Requires handling of sophisticated magazines and other sensitive materials as part of standard business operations.

Employment contingent on background check and drug test.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Distribute work to team
• Monitor individual employee productivity/job
• Maintain production line productivity level
• Track employee attendance
• Monitor employee compliance with company policies
• Assist supervisor with employee evaluations
• Complete productivity reports
• Maintain a safe work
• Report all accidents and
• Complete accident reports

Other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

• Competitive wage starting at $17.00
