Bilingual Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)

We are seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Miami, FL. This is an in-office, client-facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community. Please note: This is not a remote position. You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment.

Compensation:

• Training salary: $55,000-$65,000

• $1,000 professional start bonus

• Total first-year compensation typically ranges from $55,000-$75,000 (base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions)

• Top performers have the potential to earn $100,000+ in their first year

Qualifications:

• Licenses: Active state licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance (required)

• Experience: Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Effective time management and organizational abilities

• Quick learner with the ability to understand insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines

• Experience with lead generation and customer base growth preferred

Pay Philosophy : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
